A note from our founder
Dear parents,
For more than three decades, I’ve had the privilege of caring for babies and supporting parents when they needed it most.
I am a Newborn Care Specialist, a CAPPA-trained Postpartum Doula and New Parent Educator, and Sleep Consultant.
My hands-on experience with babies began long before my professional training. As the eldest of ten children, including twins, I was actively involved in caring for infants from a young age. Those early experiences shaped the calm, respectful approach I practice today.
I stepped away from this work for several years after my daughter was born, but eventually found my way back to supporting babies and parents. I truly love what I do, and seeing the lasting impact it has on parents and their babies is what continues to drive my passion for this work.
I’m also proud that my daughter has followed in my footsteps. From a young age, she spent summers alongside me during nanny placements, gaining hands-on experience that shaped the care she brings to families today.
I created Luxe Baby so parents would have a trusted place to turn for support and expert care.
