Our role is to guide the placement process with care and discretion. Connecting parents with highly vetted professionals while providing steady support from introduction through contract coordination for both families and providers.
All services are thoughtfully structured, with flexibility to align with your family’s needs, timeline, and desired level of support. Providers are compensated directly by parents, while the Luxe Baby fee is separate and reflects our private matching process, professional vetting, and ongoing support throughout the placement.
Overnight Care
Overnight Care provides professional newborn support during nighttime hours, allowing parents to rest while feeding, soothing, and infant care are attentively managed. This service helps ease exhaustion, supports postpartum recovery, and allows parents to move through their days with greater energy and confidence.
Care is delivered using gentle, respectful, and developmentally appropriate practices, offering consistency and reassurance during the most sleep-deprived weeks of early parenthood.

For care extending beyond 12 weeks, Luxe Baby requires a rotational (ROTA) care model to support safety, sustainability and continuity of care. ROTA care involves two providers rotating on a structured schedule and is commonly used for longer-term placements, including care lasting several months or up to one year.

It varies as each baby is different. I follow the baby's natural sleep pattern, which ensures sleeping longer stretches consistently, and when appropriate.

As a NCS & PPD I sleep/rest when the baby is asleep. In the event a family wants "Awake Care", that is a separate service and is double the rate.

As a traveling NCS, I am passport ready and travel with my families both domestic and internationally. I help make traveling with your newborn/baby a smooth and enjoyable experience.

When appropriate, I provide easy to follow routines for both the day & night. I will collaborate with you to establish the necessary changes.

I am located in Phoenix, AZ and serve Scottsdale, Paradise Valley as well as DC Ranch and the East Valley.
I also support families all over the country and internationally.

It's common for families to book 24/7 in-home support the first 1-2 weeks after baby's arrival, and then transition into overnights. I will help you customize a plan that works just for you.
